Savior

Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 19, 2026

This policy is a practical pre-launch privacy notice for Savior's website and charter-customer intake. It should be reviewed by counsel before broad public launch or before collecting regulated financial data.

What we collect

When you request a capture estimate, book a meeting, or contact us, we may collect your name, work email, phone number, company, role, corporate card program details, approximate spend profile, travel mix, and any information you choose to share with us.

How we use information

Service providers

We use service providers to operate the site and manage customer communication, including HubSpot for forms, meetings, and CRM records; GitHub and Vercel for website hosting and deployment workflows; Google Workspace for email and calendar; and Cloudflare if enabled for DNS, security, and performance.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies through embedded HubSpot forms and meeting pages. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers that help us operate Savior, comply with law, protect our rights, or complete a transaction if Savior is involved in a financing, merger, acquisition, or similar corporate event.

Retention

We retain inquiry and CRM information for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate, respond to, and manage business relationships, unless a longer period is required by law or needed for legitimate business records.

Your choices

You can ask us to update, delete, or stop using your information by emailing sales@savior.com. We may need to retain limited records where required for legal, security, or legitimate business reasons.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for a pre-launch business website. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
